Construction Management Group is one of Auckland’s premier construction companies. We have a very diverse portfolio of skills and have worked for a range of clients around the city. Our Philosophy

Right from our inception in 1991, we have strived to do things a bit differently – valuing quality more than quantity, keeping customer satisfaction and social responsibility ahead of profits.     Our foremen are trained to continuously check for quality throughout the project This is not just a simple checklist, but a fully documented systematic check and cross check of every stage of your project.

  • Job Completion Manual

    Upon completion of your job, you will be given a bound manual documenting the progress of your building, including weekly site photos, a list of all personnel who worked on your job and their contact details, engineering statements, the Code of Compliance certificate, and your 10-Year Guarantee (for residential properties).

  • 10-Year Guarantee

    We provide a 10-Year Guarantee on every residential job we undertake. As Members of the Certified Builders Association, we must provide this guarantee on every house we build. However, we also provide this guarantee on ALL our residential work – regardless of whether it is a renovation, alteration or extensive addition to your home. Our Guarantee

Construction Management Group (Building) Ltd provides a 10-Year Guarantee on every residential job we undertake. As Members of the Certified Builders Association, we must provide this guarantee on every house we build. However, we also provide this guarantee on ALL our residential work, regardless of whether it is a renovation, alteration or extensive addition to your home.

The Homefirst Certified Builders 10 Year Guarantee covers you for:

  • Loss of deposit
  • Non-completion of the dwelling
  • Structural defects for 10 years
  • Non-structural defects for 2 years
  • Alternative accommodation

You are welcome to receive a copy of the guarantee at any time, and should we undertake a job for you, we will include a copy in your Job Completion Manual.
